@hawaiianpunch121 …
@hawaiianpunch121 However yes some of them can be dreams/visions including meaningful predictions; you may try this- when you retire for the night, just before sleep, repeat to yourself, “I set my intention to receive an answer to (etc) in my dreams; I will wake up immediately after with the answer fresh in my memory”.
I did this and it worked! The story will be in a forthcoming video, good luck

@hawaiianpunch121 …
@hawaiianpunch121 Certain dreams can be important; dreams are full of symbolism and often not to be interpreted literally. Dreams have been called the ‘language of the soul’ because the super-subconscious (soul) mind can interact with the subconscious mind through this state (or states like deep meditation where the conscious mind is at rest and ‘silenced’). Not ALL dreams are meaningful as some are just the subconscious mind recalling the events of the day (continued)

Since my childhood. …
Since my childhood. I had many out of body experience while sleeping. most of time, I knew it would happen before I go to bed. Normally, I don’t realize I am still in sleep for a while. When it happens, I literally scream to myself and my parents to wake me up but no one seemed to hear me.

@hawaiianpunch121 It’s natural as you progress for all the chakras to be affected/improved, including the crown

@OTERO81 Ok, then …
@OTERO81 Ok, then yes you might have been going too fast but it is not uncommon to feel ‘wobbly’ dizzy or a heat + electrical sensation as your body gets used to meditating. If this happens, stop until you feel better, then you can gradually *ease* your way back into it

@GTOYEH That sounds …
@GTOYEH That sounds more like a vision or an astral journey than a dream; the ‘writing on the walls’ so to speak could have been a message to you; if you recall what any of the letters/symbols were, try to write them down and find out what they mean

I felt every cell in my body electrified it felt not at all painfull. I could hear the sound of cracking electricity. I awoke the room was lit up as if a camera flash I could see foreign writting all over my walls ceiling which faded.

The pineal gland …
The pineal gland will open eventually with continued practice- it’s not something you want to rush. Remember: patience.. it’s the most important thing, like a weightlifter gradually increasing the amount of weight he can bench press, you want to move forward gradually and not strain yourself (as ur body thru the energy meridians can handle more power). The pineal will ‘shudder’, and eventually open- give it time; you are on the right track, if you feel discomfort, exhale the breath and rest

Is there any way you can open the pineal gland? Sometimes when im doing YB i can feel energy go to my head and after that my head hurts for a couple seconds. Could that maybe open my pineal gland?

@maciastm Haven’t …
@maciastm Haven’t heard of it affecting the pineal gland but Rev. Douglas has recommended (only in a couple cases) the use of medical marijuana; he hasn’t really talked about it in a derogatory way so I would assume it wouldn’t be detrimental to the pineal gland
21 rammsteinregeln said this (February 24, 2010 at 1:12 pm)

does cannabis effect the pineal gland in any way?…
